Order processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as soon as possible after your payment is confirmed. You will automatically receive your tracking number within 2–4 days of placing your order.
Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days from the moment your order ships. Most orders arrive earlier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, weather, customs clearance or carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Once your order ships, you can follow it in real time:
- Through the Shop app
- In your browser at ordertracker.com using your tracking number
Customs, duties and taxes
Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address errors
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and help you resolve it.
