These Terms of Service govern your use of allstarzbasket.com (the "Site"), operated by ALLSTART ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colors and designs as accurately as possible. Small variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process. Product availability and prices may change without notice.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We do not store your card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issues; if this happens, you will receive a full refund.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted; acceptance takes place when your order is shipped.
4. Shipping
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
